The Flint Hills Baptist Association has put together a trailer packed with goodies that we hope will be of benefit to our member churches when they’re putting on outdoor events.

FAQ#1 How do I reserve the Trailer?
The list below shows the dates that the trailer has already been reserved.

FAQ#2 Can the Trailer be used for non-church events (or for churches who are not members of Flint Hills Association)?
At this time we are NOT able to extend use beyond those events that are sponsored by Flint Hills Churches for members of their congregation and guests. If this policy changes in the future we’ll let everyone know.
FAQ#3 IS THERE A CHARGE FOR USING THE TRAILER?
There is NO CHARGE for churches who are members of the Flint Hills Association!
There is, of course, an expectation that each user will keep the trailer and equipment clean and in good repair.
FAQ#4 What is inside the Trailer?
This is a 12 foot trailer with both rear and side doors, inside you’ll find
Inside you’ll find:
2 bounce houses
Popcorn popper – you’ll need to supply the popcorn and oil!
3 yard games
Tables and chairs
Cotton Candy Machine
20×20 Canopy Tent

FAQ #5 How do I get it to my location?
Normally the trailer is located at Alota Storage (1324 SW Auburn Road; Topeka, KS)
When you make your reservation, you will be able to set a time for pick up and you’ll also get instructions on what you need to safely haul the trailer. (For example, you’ll need a 2-inch ball)
On day of pick up we’ll provide you with keys to the doors and hitch and also walk you through instructions for use of games and equipment.
Last, when you pick up the trailer we’ll also set a date and time for its return.
FAQ#6 How do I get the trailer back to you guys?
When you pick up the trailer, we’ll set a date and time for the return. You will also be given written instructions on how to clean and reload the games and equipment.
FAQ#7 We want to get involved … What can we do to help make the trailer better?
We’re very pleased that we can offer this trailer at no-cost, but it should be obvious that there are continuous expenses to the FHBA in maintaining and outfitting the trailer along with all the equipment and games. Further, our desire is to regularly add to the goodies inside to improve its usefulness in your ministry. So there are two ways you can partner with us:
FIRST: If you would like to make a financial contribution toward these improvements you are more than welcome to do so. Donations can be sent to the Flint Hills Association, but be sure to clearly mark it for the Party Trailer.
SECOND: You may also wish to help us by donating equipment or additional games, however, you must talk with us before just dropping something off! We’re not being persnickety! It’s just that somebody else may be in the process of making a similar donation and we also need to ensure the suitability of additions that are offered.
